Yes. When you buy at ReGen Living, you own your home.
The land is leased to you under a 90-year Residential Site Agreement (RSA), providing long-term security of tenure without the cost of purchasing the land. This allows you to free up capital for the things that matter most.
Your RSA includes terms mandated by Consumer Affairs Victoria and provides a comprehensive range of consumer protections. As a homeowner, you are also covered by the Victorian Government’s Residential Tenancies Act (Part 4A), which sets out your rights and protections when living in a land lease community.
At ReGen Living, you won’t pay stamp duty, council rates or separate water rates, and ReGen Living will also take care of your waste collection.
Your Weekly Site Payment covers your land lease and includes access to on-site amenities such as the Clubhouse, active sports precinct and shared community spaces, helping keep costs simple, predictable and free from surprise charges.
You’ll only pay for the utilities you personally use, including water consumption, electricity and telecommunications. Any applicable charges will be outlined in your Residential Site Agreement.
At ReGen Living you own your home and lease the land beneath it via a Weekly Site Payment paid by direct debit each fortnight. The Weekly Site Payment gives you the right to occupy the land on which your home sits and includes your front garden maintenance, and access to all the amenities at ReGen Living.
